Who is responsible for your data

This website is operated by MATHEUS HENRIQUE FERRAZ DOS SANTOS TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA, CNPJ 58.853.340/0001-45, located at Av. Paulista, 1106, 16º andar, sala 01, Bela Vista, São Paulo – SP, CEP 01310-914 ("AMZEE"). AMZEE is the controller of the personal data processed here, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).

What data we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to your request:

  • the information you enter in the diagnostic form: name, work email, company, role, and the description of your main operational challenge;
  • your answers to the diagnostic questions and the calculated result (risk index, tier, and recommendations);
  • technical access logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and the date and time of each request.

How we use it

  • to respond to your session request and contact you to schedule it;
  • to prepare the conversation based on your diagnostic result;
  • to keep the website secure and running.

We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

Legal basis

We process the form data and your diagnostic answers based on your consent (LGPD art. 7, I), which you give by ticking the consent box before you submit. Technical access logs are processed to keep the website secure and running, based on legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).

Who we share it with

Your data is processed by providers that help us run the website, for that purpose only:

  • Netlify, Inc.: website hosting and form processing;
  • Google LLC (Google Workspace): the spreadsheet where we record requests.

These providers may store data outside Brazil, including in the United States. In those cases, the international transfer takes place under LGPD art. 33.

How long we keep it

We keep the form data for 3 years from submission, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. After that, it is deleted.

Cookies and browser storage

This website uses no cookies and no analytics tools. During the diagnostic, we keep your answers in your browser's session storage so you don't lose your progress if you reload the page. That data stays in your browser and is cleared when you close the tab.

Your rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18), you can at any time:

  • confirm whether we process your data and access it;
  • correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
  • ask for unnecessary or excessive data to be anonymized, blocked, or deleted;
  • ask for your data to be ported;
  • ask for the data processed based on your consent to be deleted;
  • find out who we share your data with;
  • withdraw your consent.
